Preserve at Grande Oaks Apartment Homes

I just realized I never wrote a review for this property. I lived here for over 2 years and loved it! Really felt like home. Everything was clean and well maintained. The apartments were quiet and spacious. The property was quiet and serene. Everything worked well. The buildings were secure. The maintenance staff was kind, professional, and went over and beyond any requests to make me feel well taken care of and I got to learn a lot about them and them me. Any issue? They were there quickly and always the same day. The management team was exceptional - stellar. Jaime was the most amazing manager. She always took time to sit and chat with anyone who wanted to talk. Every business should hope to have someone representing them like her. Her people skills were outstanding! The resident events

My husband and I have lived in these apartment homes for approximately one year. During this time, we have had absolutely zero complaints. The Preserve at Grande Oaks goes above and beyond to make their apartments truly outstanding places to call home. The apartments themselves are new and in great condition. The apartments (even the one bedroom that my husband and I live in), have a great amount of storage built into them, and have great floor plans and space. The layout of the apartment community and the community amenities are outstanding; with a brand new clubhouse equipped with a modern kitchen, beautiful communal area, and gym! The leasing agent was very unprofessional and ripped me off with my money during the application process. I contacted the leasing agent at 8 in the morning in regards to still putting in my application for an apartment we discussed. She informed me to go ahead and apply and I did as such. 2 hours later she contacts me telling me that the apartment was already given to someone else and how she was sorry she didn't have a chance to tell me that after I already paid and submitted my application. She told me there were no other 3 bedrooms available now and I told her how wrong she was to take my money. I told her I wanted to speak to a regional manager to get my money back. She told me I couldn't get my money back and she NEVER had the regional manager reach out to me about it. Luckily my bank

We lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment from 2015-2016. We loved the complex, it was new when we moved in, very clean and well kept. Maintenance was always available to fix or repair within a day. We loved our porch. My only complaint is we moved in during construction so the parking lot was always full of dirt and we had to look at construction trailers for the entire time we lived there. Also the pool and workout facility wasn't complete yet which was a bummer (the rent seemed high without use of those facilities). I bet it's fabulous now that construction is complete. Easily the nicest apartment complex in Valpo.

Going on my third year at Preserve at Grande Oaks and my family and I LOVE it!!! The staff is amazing from text messages, dinners, holiday parties and so much more. I have never had any issues with having anything fixed (the maintenance teams rocks!) best apartments in town. All of us want lower prices for anything we pay for, but for the price compared to saving a few bucks and what you get - there is no other option.
