My wife and I moved into The Mason in Mamaroneck this summer and couldn't be happier with our decision. This community truly stands out, and it all starts with the exceptional management team. Wynter, the property manager, is incredibly responsive and attentive to residents' needs. She genuinely cares about ensuring everyone has a great living experience. Ubaldo is equally impressive—a true professional who consistently gets things done efficiently. Having such a reliable and competent team makes all the difference. We’ve lived at The Mason for a few years now and it really is great. Wynter is very helpful, the maintenance team and porter keep the premises spotless. It could not be more convenient to the train and is super accessible to other towns in Westchester. Our dog loves the run in the back, too!

My husband and I lived at the Mason for 2 years and loved it. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive to any issues that arise. When we moved in our air conditioner was broken and maintenance immediately came and installed temporary air conditioners on a Saturday night while we waited for the required parts to arrive. Great location right by the metro north. Apartment was a good size with lots of storage. We will miss it! Edit to add: Ubaldo is the best and most helpful and the Mason is lucky to have him!

I lived at the Mason (North Building) for 3 years, from when it opened until I was made homeless by a sprinkler system bursting and flooding the entire second floor of the building and lobby area. This was less than year after the parking garage flooded in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida and my car was totalled (along with many others). If you choose to live here, make sure you have maximum insurance, especially “loss of use”. You won’t receive any empathy, support or regard for you or your belongings from the Building Manager or landlord’s representatives. I am still waiting on a refund (incorrect amount calculated) for my August rent (in November). I had nowhere to live for over a month as my insurance cover maxed out and the Mgmt gave no details of timeline for repairs. Eventually they s

We’ve had an amazing experience living at The Mason! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the Ave and the train, which has made getting around so easy. Our unit is spacious, and the natural light from the big windows is absolutely stunning. The building amenities are a plus to have including the gym, and the rooftop is also great spot to relax and hang out. Management has been super friendly and accommodating throughout our time here, and our Super, Ubaldo, is always on-site and ready to help with anything we need. Highly recommend The Mason to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live in a prime location!
