The Mark At Mamaroneck

Very happy with my decision to relocate to The Mark at Mamaroneck. Patrick and Noah have been fantastic throughout the entire process, from applying and moving in to helping with any issues along the way. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with a great gym and excellent amenities. The maintenance staff is also super helpful, quick, and effective whenever anything comes up. Patrick especially has been amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and willing to say "hi" or check in on your way in or out. That kind of atmosphere really stands out. Highly recommend.

Living at The Mark at Mamaroneck has been a very positive experience for me. The building is clean, modern, and thoughtfully managed. The leasing office and management team are always responsive and friendly, creating a supportive environment where residents feel looked after. I’d especially like to highlight Moulay from maintenance. He goes above and beyond, responds immediately, and solves issues with genuine care and professionalism. His help has made my transition into this community seamless. With such great management and exceptional maintenance support, I’m very happy living here and would highly recommend it.

I've lived at The Mark for 1 year now and everything has been wonderful! Patrick and Nick have been so helpful, kind, and accommodating, and maintenance is super responsive and on top of things. The building is always very clean, the outdoor space is very well maintained, and the apartment itself is fantastic. As someone who commutes to the city 3x a week, having the train within walking distance is so helpful and convenient. I also have a dog and the building is so pet friendly really taking the extra step to make sure everything is accounted for. Also having the pool in the summer is something i didnt know i needed and now can't imagine living without. I am a current resident who moved in when the property was managed by Avalon. We received a notice on our doors 10/30, just one day before The Mark officially took over management in 2023. Any reviews posted prior to that time reflect the complex under Avalon’s management. Since the transition, several changes have been implemented — including the complete elimination of pool guests on weekends and holidays, and a new $20 fee for up to two guests on weekdays. While the staff is pleasant, I recently experienced an issue with my sink that was frustrating. I submitted a maintenance request around 2 p.m. but did not receive a call back that day. I then tried contacting the emergency number — which I only obtained earlier this year after having to go to the office in person — and received a te

The Mark at Mamaroneck is the best! I have lived here nearly three years, no complaints. Jamie and Patrick and the rest of the team are extremely nice and are always there for anything that comes up, making sure issues are resolved quickly but carefully. The gym and pool are great, love using the grill during the summer time, and covered parking during the winter or rainy seasons is always a relief! The train station and the main strip of Mamaroneck Avenue are less than five minutes walking from The Mark, opening up a world of amazing food and fun activities (shout out to Mamaroneck Cinema).
