She was proactive and thorough about figuring out the kind of home I was looking for, and when I sent her listings of places I found, she made sure it was part of our tour. Once we settled on a place, I also appreciated how thorough Renata was with our rental contract. It truly felt like she had our back and we got approved for our new home within 48 hours. Very rude people. FYI they get all their listings off Facebook marketplace, craigslist and apartment forums and try to charge fee for them. Never pay them any deposits because you'll never see that $ ever again.
