The Marlowe Apartments

DO NOT MOVE TO THE MARLOWE. It is not worth it. The upkeep at this apartment complex is extremely poor. The hallways and stairways leading to the apartments are dirty, with trash regularly left sitting there and overall neglect that management does not address. These are areas residents have to walk through daily, and they are consistently nasty. There is also a pest issue, and pest control is restricted to a limited number of treatments, even when residents are dealing with an ongoing infestation. Instead of resolving the problem properly, management offers excuses rather than real solutions. Utilities are another problem. Lived here for a year. They constantly breach the lease and break their contracts. The apartments themselves are old and worn down and not even worth the rent you have to pay. The staff is terrible and does nothing but argue with you when you bring up problems. They are nice at first, but as soon as a lease is signed, they switch up. There were also bugs everywhere in my bathroom, my roommates bathrooms, and the living room/kitchen. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THIS PLACE WOULD NOT EVEN BE WORTH $300 A MONTH. Contrary to the owners response below me, contract breaches are not taken even remotely seriously. They are saying this to save face. I’ve lived here going on almost three years, and recently the huge block parties are getting out of hand. It’s even more so out of hand when you are kicked off the pool deck because it is closed just for the staff in the office to use it to set up to throw one of the ragers. Last night was out of hand and it was unfortunate that there was no parking in the entire complex because of a party getting out of hand.

This by far is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in I moved here about 1 year ago it was fine when I first moved in every since the property manager Michael has left there have been nothing but problems huge parties outside on weekdays ending late at night loud music as if people don’t have work or school to go to the next morning they do not care about tenets at all the pool has gotten very dirty dog cramp everywhere people are leaving drugs on the stair halls are very dirty people letting they dog poop in the hallways you don’t get a mailbox key you have to check in with the office in order to get you mail so if they are close you don’t have access to you mailbox these are things I have never dealt with when michel was the property this property have went down hill since he l

Terrible experiment with the management. Maintenance request has never been helpful when needed. Maintenance guys did something on the upper floor causing a huge leak on top of my unit's kitchen area. Later, they tore it apart and left it there for almost 3 months. I have no idea if they would ever fix it after I leave. Don't spend your time and money here if you don't want something like this. Even worse than my last apartment complex. At least those people care about your complains.
