The Marke of Elmhurst

If you get the opportunity to meet/work with Nicole I promise you, you will have the most smoothest best move. Nicole replies so fast whenever we have emailed her questions from touring to application to move in preparation. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and always informative. My husband and I have been so excited to move to the Marke just because of people like her that’s been so welcoming and sweet. It says a lot about the apartment and the community. Although my stay was short, due to having to relocate for work, the experience was amazing. Located in downtown Elmhurst, this was the perfect location for my wife and I to have access to everything one could possibly need. The Marke is very clean and well managed. The people are friendly as there is a sense of community within the building. Nicole was very helpful and always available whenever needed and Enrique, the maintenance manager, was the best! If you need a place to live in the Elmhurst area, I highly recommend The Marke.

I have been a resident of The Marke since December of 2019. The amenities are top notch and the building is impeccably maintained. The maintenance staff is highly responsive and the property management staff is always accessible and professional. The apartment layout of my unit is outstanding and many friends that live in the other two luxury apartment buildings here in Elmhurst often comment about how much space my unit seems to have (which is a result of great architectural design and layout). The appliances are all high-end and the “fit and finish” of everything else makes The Marke the best choice for anyone looking to move to this area. I would definitely recommend The Marke as the place to consider as your next home.

I love my apartment. Great layout and appliances. Nice sized balcony. It’s perfect and the amenities we have are beautiful. The staff is amazing and always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. I don’t want to live anywhere else.

Decent living space, but not necessarily worth the cost. You really are paying for location, schools, etc. Amenity's are mid, elevators break frequently, replaced garage door when it's the sensors that need replacing, in unit washer & dryer are also mid. Few tenants are moving out because of the significant rent increases. Customer service is also mid. May be better off finding a bigger place, 5 minutes away for cheaper. Staff is great tho
