Fifth Third Bank & ATM

I went to 5th 3rd bank to get a mortgage loan. I met Eric Mistal a Mortgage Loan Originator. One of the nicest, honest, most importantly full of Patience. Always answering my calls and taking my questions and of course answering them giving me anytime I needed till I understood everything. Thank You Eric for making my Dream come true getting my House. The tellers are hit and miss. The older lady is not very proffessional tbh others seem okay.

I drove 20 mins on hwy to make it to the bank 10 mins before they closed to use the coin machine and they had already shut it down for use and informed me I could come back in the morning. You either close at 5:30 pm or you don’t. Great customer service. You already do not provide coin machine at all your locations so to shut down a coin machine before you even close. Wow! Lazy staff and disgusting performance. I will never return.

Sam, the new manager here is awesome! By far some of the best banking representatives I've ever done business with. Sam is very knowledgeable about all of the banking products and goes above and beyond for his customers. Thanks so much!

Not a full service bank I attempted to "convert" my son's jar of small change (coins) for deposit into his savings account I was told - they don't handle coin ! Although, they will give you rolled coin, provide coins when cashing checks, or making a withdrawal. Apparently - small change isn't important to them Let alone providing services They advertise that they are a 5/3 better I believe they have missed 1/4 (Quarter)- of the required services of a financial institution. If my pennies, nickels, & dimes aren't important to them - Can I really trust them any longer with dollars, #SAD I RECOMMEND Community Bank of Elmhurst, & Wintrust Bank, My other business banking interactions with 5/3 ~ have been far worse. I can only hope your experiences are better than mine were. This
