The Mark at Woodford

Jenifer is amazing. She is so easy to work with. She is caring, kind, and has great communication. It is typically a nice quiet area. My neighbors have all been kind and polite. There are a small amount of residents and their kids who just leave trash on the ground in the area. Thankfully, Jenifer and her sidekick keep the area clean.

I have been in the process for moving in the help from Jenifer and Mary they have made the process so smooth and they make a calm friendly and family environment for all new clients if I could rate this more than five stars I would they are awsome!

The worst company I've ever dealt with. After weeks (July 30th) and now currently (August 20th) I give up with them. Breeanna Myers will say anything to get you to believe what is coming out of her mouth. I've been told time after time after to "be patient" as if waiting almost an entire month isn't patient enough. They were aware of our situation and even with problems that occurred we got them the information they needed quick and had to wait dayssss for a response. They are also terrible at reviewing and understanding application work that is submitted.
