The Manchester

I have been living here for a few months and have really enjoyed it. The apartments are clean and well kept. We worked with Tenaj during the moving process and she was great. We had a lot of questions and she answered each one.

Me, my partner and my dog moved in this week. The rental office was incredibly helpful getting us oriented (shout out Tenaj) and settled in. We noticed some small repairs that were needed and the maintence team was sent out the same day (shout out Ron and Joe). The inside areas are kept very clean. Outside areas have some litter and dog poop along the main walkway. Overall a great experience and we're looking forward to being a part of this community.

My partner and I toured the community on December 22, 2025, and had an excellent experience with Tenaj Wright. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was very transparent about pricing and the overall process, which we truly appreciated. Tenaj was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the tour comfortable and informative without ever feeling rushed. Because of how positive our experience was with her, we are seriously considering moving forward with this community. She represents the property very well and clearly takes pride in her work. I am in the process of moving into The Manchester Apartment Homes. I'm sure lots of you know there is quite a lot in the whole process leading up to the actual moving day. A young woman named Haley who works in the office has been assisting me throughout all this. She has been INCREDIBLY helpful. Haley is very polite, knowledgeable, eager to help, easy to talk to, and has gone above and beyond any expectations I may have had. She has made the transition thus far, so much easier for me and I've been able to rest assured that things are going smoothly. Most of our communication has been over the phone or through email and, let me tell you, it's very impressive how quickly she gets back and thoroughly her responses / answers are.
