The Main on University

The Main on University has been an amazing experience from the very beginning. Kristen was absolutely wonderful, she guided me through the entire process from the initial steps and was very supportive. She was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The community itself is great as well. The facilities are well-maintained, the parking lot is convenient, and the location is perfect. Overall, I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Main on University to anyone looking for a great place to live especially for a convenient pocation.

Camille was absolutely amazing! She took the time to show me and my family around and made sure we felt welcomed from the start. She was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions with genuine enthusiasm and providing insights we wouldn't have gotten otherwise. Her knowledge made the entire experience so much better. We're really grateful for her guidance she went above and beyond! Highly recommend asking for Camille if you get the chance.

I am currently a resident here, and honestly, I would not recommend living here. The rent is extremely overpriced for what you get, and the access and security feel very unsafe. I had heard complaints about maintenance entering units without proper notice, and unfortunately, those concerns are true. One of my biggest issues, however, has been with the front desk staff. On my very first day, before I had even officially moved in, I went to the office to clarify a question about my lease. The woman at the front desk insisted I owed rent for a month I was not responsible for paying. She repeatedly told me she was right and that she “knew everything.” After going back and forth, she finally checked the system and realized she was wrong. Since that incident, her attitude toward me has felt unc

I had such a great experience all thanks to Camille! She went above and beyond throughout my application process, she would call and give me updates, check in to see if I needed help, and patiently answered all of my questions (I had a lot). Her professionalism and kindness made a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I truly appreciate her efforts and highly recommend working with her, she's the best!

Camille!!! Words can not express the level of customer service provided. Camille is an excellent front desk representative. Very welcoming, polite, and professional. She took the time to give me and my niece a meticulous tour of the grounds, answered all questions, even offered bottle water on arrival from our 7 hour travel. There is no doubt that this young lady loves her work and the company she works for!!
