The Madison & The Fillmore at Copperleaf

These cars haven’t moved for MONTHS. “Management “ if I can even call it that plays favorites and doesn’t care if your vehicle works or not. My breaker for my microwave has been out since I moved in July 2025!!!!!! They replaced my breaker Supposedly and gave me a countertop microwave for the meantime!! I pay $3800 a month for My appliances to NOT work and people park on the street with inoperable vehicles for months!!!!! No one monitors anything. No resident events. Pathetic management and manager. Don’t worry they will let a Family of 10 move in And park there cars Wherever without being monitored

This is a unique property offering apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes. I toured The Fillmore specifically and was impressed by the thoughtfully designed units, particularly the spacious layouts and clean, modern finishes. The townhomes and single-family homes feel open and functional without being overdone, and the gym (plus sauna!) was a standout amenity for me. The only small thing I’d change is upgrading some of the light fixtures in the homes to better match the overall aesthetic. There were a few communication hiccups early on, but the team was responsive and hardworking. Nicolas went above and beyond to facilitate our move-in, which made a big difference in the overall experience. Alejandra was also flexible and accommodating with a request I had. The team is personable

We toured the Fillmore townhouses & single homes - WOW, we are absolutely impressed with the spacious floor plan, modern appliances/fixtures, to include the property & amenities. The homes are beautiful!! Our leasing professional, Alayna, was very helpful, patient & knowledgeable throughout the process. I especially appreciate her taking time to answer questions & accommodating us as a walk-in. We are in the process of moving in the area from Colorado Springs. You are able to get information online but my husband & I prefer speaking to someone in the leasing office in person. Thank you once again Alayna : ) We look forward to making Fillmore our home!

Fell in love with this property after looking at about 10 places all around Denver. The amenities, floor plans and community are gorgeous. The staff was kind, very helpful and patient throughout my whole move-in process while coming from out of state. Everyone I spoke to was great and communication was always quick. Special shout-out to Alejandra for always following up to make sure everything was cleared and on track! Looking forward to staying here for a while!! -Joy

I recently moved back to CO after about a decade away. While I am still tracking down my forever home I came across this community and took a tour with Nic. He was kind, courteous and answered all of my questions. While I haven’t landed on my forever home quite yet I must admit that this community is high on my list due to how beautiful the homes are and how incredible the staff is. I have been in contact with Nic post tour and he has always been very prompt in getting back to me and answering all my questions. This is how you run a properly well.
