The Lotus at Village Walk

My friend recently moved into the Lotus at village walk, and I’ve been so impressed every time I visit! The place is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere feels peaceful and welcoming, with well-kept surroundings and lovely amenities. The staff specially Ciara are also wonderful! They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything residents need. You can really tell they care about the people who live there. Overall, Lotus village is a fantastic place to call home — it has a great vibe, excellent service, and a real sense of community. Highly recommend

I was very wary moving in here not seeing the property first and reading so many negative reviews. After three months my experience has been wonderful. The units are SO nice and clean, the property is well maintained, and the pool is fabulous. As eveyone has mentioned, Ciarah couldn’t be more helpful. Before I moved in I frequently called with questions and she always seemed more than happy to help.

I was visiting a family member and came across this development. I was greeted by one of the employees named Ciarah. She gave me a tour to view the property. I was amazed and fell in love with this place. She was very caring and knowledgeable of the Property. It is nice and clean and spacious And has all the Amenities I was looking for. Will be back to apply. Ohhh and they have a sauna and a nice gym a plus for me. Thank you Miss Ciarah for the tour.

I don’t know how this place is not 5 stars. It is so welcoming, beautiful, clean, upgraded etc. we first came in to a beautiful welcome letter etc and yes it brought tears to my eyes. It’s not common you feel such warmth and kindness with apartments in Fort Myers like you do here. Ciarah our leasing agent is the best, she’s very informative and was so welcoming to our new chapter of life here. I personally feel very safe here. It means alot to me to feel safety around my home and within the community. Our dog loves his new walks full of green grass and colorful buildings. The details in the community are my favorite as well. We are so happy here! It certainly does give me Disney resort vibes, it’s just gorgeous. The pool…amazing. AND CLEAN. I don’t even live there….yet lol. But I wanted to give a shout out to Ciarah. She was so kind and patient answering our questions about the complex and the different units that are available. We kept going back-and-forth between different one bedroom floor plans and Ciarah Was happy to answer any questions that we had to help us make an informed decision. We had toured the apartment complex previously a few months ago. However, we didn’t get to see some of the amenities that we were interested in such as the dog park, the car wash, And inside the garages. Ciarah Was more than willing to give us a tour around the entire complex and explain all the amenities which persuaded us to want to sign a lease even more! We are really appreciative of her time!
