I wish my experience here was better but I will be moving out at the next possible opportunity. Nora is rude and thinks she’s above answering emails. Newsflash! Every single person with a job has to answer their emails. You’ll get over it. I have never lived anywhere with such a lack of communication and transparency. Worst management team this complex has had the entire time that I have lived here and they’ve tried to upcharge me at every corner. Really wish this was a decent place to live but you don’t even get respect here let alone a professional response from anyone. Don’t ask them to fix anything either because they won’t fully. Matt from maintenance is so awesome !!! My AC broke right after I moved in, and he went above and beyond to get it replaced. He kept me updated the whole time and made sure everything was working perfectly when it finally got repaired. I couldn’t thank him enough. Nora, the property manager, has also been great she’s super kind, always quick to respond ! Now, I will say the only downside of these apartments is the parking. There is literally no guest parking spots at all. If you have guest over the have to park in the neighborhood. Overall I really do love living here !

I recently moved in, and I have to say, the management team, especially Nora, has been incredibly helpful. Any time I have a question or concern, she’s quick to respond with a solution and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Matt has also been amazing. He’s definitely the go-to person for anything maintenance-related. When I first moved in, there were a few minor issues with the water and plumbing, but Matt had everything resolved within a few hours. I'm really grateful to have such a responsive and dedicated team here. It’s made the whole transition so much smoother.

Pros: gym, nice recreation area, new housing, park for kids near. Cons: not enough parking spaces, all the apartments where we lived had spaces for guests, there is always a problem with where to leave the car for friends who came to visit, the area is not closed and strangers can walk here, recently some friends had their car stolen, others had their window broken, others had a wheel removed from their car... I don't feel safe here. The price is a bit high, all the people who live here are planning to move away...I would not recommend this complex to my friends. I'm updating the information, they tried to steal another person's car...the apartment administration is not doing anything about it....it's terrible, it's dangerous here, you should either guard the parking lots in the evening o

Nora is the best property manager I ever had. She’s very patient. She works with the residence always very polite. Definitely will be Extending my lease!!
