The Lofts at Lea Center Apt

Quiet. Respectful. Apt building. Well maintained. Elevator not working Out of service frequently. I am trying to sleep it’s 1234 am. Screaming. And yelling I. Can Hear. Then. Music so loud. I can hear it. Manager doesn’t care if apts are destroyed. If you report a maintenance issue. Manager doesn’t care. It’s getting to be a horrible experience. It is now a much better place and good place. Sandra is a good person and very caring but knows now what her job is. Needed time to be oriented. David. Maintenance is a kind caring person. Much improved and good place to live in

This place looks really cool. If you qualify (low income) it seems like a nice option. If you don't mind very drafty windows, an elevator that breaks down occasionally, and a garage door that breaks down every couple of months---this is the place for you! Management is very friendly and probably want these things to change but when stuff breaks down it is very frustrating. Another quirk about this place is the stairwell. They have one nice/carpeted emergency stairwell and one narrow/steep regular stairwell. Neither of these two stairwells connect to the main lobby where the mailboxes and main entrance are. Also, you can't use these as entrances as they don't have a key card.Therefore, if the elevator breaks down and you need to get your mail, you need to go out of the building, back into t

it's an ok place to live- got 2 floors with washers & dryers & each floor has a garbage shoot to throw trash -the lofts just got to keep stuff fixed & fixed "right away..other wise. nice
