Gray Gables Apartments

Gray Gables is a great place to call home! The location is wonderful! Don't let the dirty building exterior fool you, as the interior hallways and laundry room are updated and professionally cleaned weekly. The parking lots are well maintained and shoveled often and early after a snowfall. The apartments are fairly basic, but the layouts are spacious and have separate dining rooms. I really appreciate the dishwasher in the kitchen which is difficult to find in Albert Lea apartments. The bathrooms are good sized with good storage. The bedrooms are average size but the closets are roomy and the primary bedrooms have walk-in closets. We just got a new maintenance person and he is wonderful and goes above and beyond to maintain the apartments. The residents, some of whom have been here since t
