The Lofts at Gloucester Township

The Loft at Gloucester has truly exceeded my expectations. I chose to move here because of the exceptional customer service I received from Ashley while searching for a new apartment, and I’m so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised to find upgraded appliances, modern cabinets, and beautiful flooring throughout my unit. One of the biggest highlights for me is the soundproofing. The walls are incredibly well‑insulated we don’t hear our neighbors at all, which has made living here peaceful and comfortable. The property itself is clean, well‑maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The community feels safe and cared for, and the staff continues to be attentive and helpful. I’m also really looking forward to the clubhouse opening, which I’m sure will be a wonderful addition to the commun

I’ve had a great experience with the leasing office. The staff is professional, friendly, and always responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. They make the process smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear they genuinely care about residents. I really appreciate how organized and helpful they are. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into The Lofts at Gloucester Township and am beyond impressed! Ashley made the entire process as smooth as possible getting my new apartment. She answered all my questions promptly and made moving in simple. The property itself is brand new and the units are all amazing with new appliances, etc.. They have many different options available (1 BR/2 BR) and the unit I moved into met all my needs. The location could not be better; 15 minutes from Center City Philly, close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty more! I'm excited for the club house when it opens and look forward to utilizing all its amenities. Thanks for such an amazing experience with finding me a new home! This place is top notch!

The Lofts are beautiful inside, with finishes that make them feel like a house not an apartment. I'm leaving this review specifically for Justine Claudio in the leasing office. She and her team quickly helped my family and I move in when we needed housing due to an emergency. The location is unbeatable, close to highways and the local community college. The property is still being completed but I have no doubt it will be a beautiful addition to the area once finished.
