The response quoted at the end of this is from another review which makes sense to my experience thus far. So if you're in anything less than 1012-1282 sq feet, expect what you get. ⬇️ After almost 4 months. The dishwasher handle has been cracked and pinching my finger since I moved in, which was disclosed the same week the lease was signed. The spinner at the bottom is partially broken, the spinner at the top is loose, the prongs are bent up. There was still food in it 🙄 and someone will miss their magic bullet lid. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I was expecting someone the week before and then the day after, but they appeared on New Year's Eve ✨️ He was very nice and 100% agreed with me that this should've been addressed sooner. I’ve lived at Southwinds for about eight months and, as the first tenant in my unit, I’ve encountered a few more issues than I expected. However, the property manager, Melissa, has been absolutely wonderful. She’s consistently helpful, responsive, and efficient — every issue I’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally. I also really enjoy my apartment itself; the open layout feels spacious, welcoming, and perfect for my current needs.

I am a new tenant and I am happy here with the unit. I have had minimal issues. The issues I have had have been taken care of immediately by Maintenance. The Maintenance team starting with Erica is phenomenal. Melissa in the office is wonderful I will answer any questions you may have.

This apartment advertises gas heat, it's electric,which is more expensive. It also advertises a garbage disposal,there are no garbage disposals. Also I have not had wifi since I've moved in. They keep telling me it's connected but it's not. I'm disappointed in this place. I also was told at the last minute that there was no CO. So my move in date had to be changed. It was a total disaster. I had to leave my current living place and stay with family.

It seems like these 1012–1033 sq. ft. units are their main focus, but the quality and attention to detail are severely lacking. Upon moving in: • The toilet seat was never replaced (I had to buy my own). • The kitchen backsplash was missing — apparently “construction forgot.” • My closet holds moisture, which already ruined some clothes. • My refrigerator didn’t work, and I lost groceries before realizing
