The Lofts at Brookfield Hills Apartments

We moved here about a year ago with our Dog Denali. We wanted to be right in the midst of everything that Brookfield has to offer, and we are very pleased with our decision to Make The Club at Brookfield Hills our home. The Office Staff and the Maintenance staff are very professional and really know how to manage a Large Apartment Community! Our Loft apartment is beautiful and offers many updates that make our daily living a pleasure. The grounds are very well maintained offering many places to walk our dog including, sidewalks throughout the apartment community, a beautiful pool and access to the Golf course. We love the convenience of being able to walk to local stores in just a few minutes! I would absolutely recommend making The Club at Brookfield Hills your home!

I lived here for 2 years. My rent started at $1,600, then increased to $1,800 the second year. When I tried to renew for the third year, they raised it to $2,000. That was too much for me, so I had to move out. Later, I found out they listed the same apartment for $1,600 and rented it at that price. When I called to ask about this, management told me, “Our system works that way and we can’t do anything about it.” That response was frustrating and showed no concern for loyal tenants. The apartment itself was fine, but the pricing practices and lack of accountability from management were very disappointing.

We’ve lived here just under a year and we love the community. Our Loft Apartment is nicely updated with a very open concept.We have enjoyed living in such a beautifully maintained property with lots and lots of open space and convenient sidewalks to walk our Dog. The office Staff and Maintenance team are very professional and respond quickly to our needs, I would definitely recommend making this Apartment Community your next home!

Leasing office staff does not have enough time for you even if you have appointment with her. Only one staff member in weekends ( with less hours) makes you wait for long time (with appointment only). Staff member does not have time for you do actual move- in inspection. she will go over very quickly. Stuff gets missed - not being cleaned on the day of move-in so you have to actually do yourself. Make sure your apartment KEYS works. Because Staff says you will get used with new KEYS overtime( when Keys takes lots of time to open door). Property don't encourage long-term stay for some reason.
