The Lodges At Rolla

Our daughter just moved into the Lodges. It is very nice, and it is mostly college kids. The staff is friendly and really want to accommodate the residents. We feel this is one of the nicer places in town and it's gated so we feel she's a little safer.

Most DEFINITELY not accommodating to all residents! Especially NOT children with special needs. And is definitely NOT high end. VERY disappointed in this place. 😡

Currently under construction. If their sister property in St. Robert is any indication how this site will turn out. It will be the best in Rolla and the entire surrounding area. For locals and for students. Looking forward to what you guys have to provide to the Rolla community.

I lived there for one semester as a college student. Cons Way expensive for what it is and the location. Everything is so cheaply made. Many other apartments that are higher quality and bigger for cheaper prices and closer to campus. You have to drive to campus for everything, you can walk 20 minutes to each class if you like though. Minor- but no point in a gate if it’s never closed. And when it is closed it’s the biggest pain in the butt to deal with. Like who puts a gate tag for your key chain and not a gate card? What, do I turn my car off to open the gate lol Extremely loud inside. Everyone in the apartment hears literally everything at all times The people there are very preppy Management deliberately tried to push security deposit under the rug when I moved out. Had to contact them

I Definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone! Don’t get me wrong before construction was completed there definitely were some issues with maintenance, but now that it’s almost completely finished I haven’t had any issues. Also there has almost been a complete staff overhaul recently in the main office with additional staff members hired making getting any issues dealt with a lot easier than it was before. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartments themselves look great and the central recreation areas and main lodge are stellar!
