Easily the best place to rent from in Rolla. The rent is fair and the apartments and laundry facilities are well maintained. If there was ever any issue with an appliance or the house they would always have someone over to fix it within the day. They even sprayed for bugs regularly. They are very kind and easy to work with on the phone and in person.
