The Linden Northshore

I absolutely love living here. The view we have is amazing. Definitely a million dollar view for a fraction. But what do I love most?! THERE ARE NO BUGS. haha. Lived here for 4 months and haven’t seen ANY. The proximity to the fireworks is epic as well. Literally right outside our windows! We rent 2 storage / office spaces too. I know there will come a time we must buy a house but I just want to stay here. For parents with kiddos - there’s a craft room! We joke that we live in a nice hotel. Definitely worth every penny.

This is truly a great community to call home. The amenities are top notch and the staff take great care of the residents. Special thanks to Shelby who makes sure everything is always taken care of in the best interest of the community!

It’s hard to express how wonderful it is to live here, the facilities are extremely safe, clean, and well maintained. The staff is above amazing; and response to any issues comes with great urgency. I highly recommend living at the Linden and Hope to enjoy a few more years at this wonderful community.

My move-in experience was a smooth and pleasant one. The team was professional and accommodating. After settling in, the Community Director followed up to ensure I had everything I needed, and the Service Director went above and beyond to assist with my request. Having lived here for just one week, I’m already impressed by the beautiful facilities, friendly staff, and welcoming community. The walkable location is great to live an active lifestyle, and so far, everything has been wonderful!

I’ve had such a positive experience moving into this apartment community. The location is ideal—family-friendly, walkable, and close to parks, restaurants, and the bridge to dt Chatt. The property is well-maintained, and the amenities make daily life feel easy and enjoyable. What really made the difference, though, was the staff—especially Shelby. From the moment I toured, she was kind, understanding, and incredibly proactive. She worked quickly to help move things forward and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. You can tell she truly cares about the people moving in. Thanks to her and the team, settling in was stress-free, and I genuinely love calling this place home.
