The Linden

I have lived at the Linden since it opened. This is a beautiful, well maintained building. Any issues are dealt with expediently. The Linden offers a nice workout space, golf simulator, a gorgeous community room, and indoor access to the Copperfield Restaurant. All amenities I wanted in a rental were available here especially accepting dogs 🐾 There exists a wonderful community within the residence I feel safe, secure, and very comfortable in my home.

The Linden has been my home since it opened more than three years ago and I absolutely love it here. Management is fantastic. Amenities are like staying in a luxury hotel. It offers a safe, neighborhood setting and still only ten minutes from the airport and downtown Saint Paul. Love that we can walk to lots of shops and the Copperfield Restaurant is attached to our building!

I have enjoyed The Linden as my home for the last three years! I plan on staying due to the wonderful home environment, clean and well maintained building and responsiveness of Management. In my time here I have met many warm , friendly residents and created many memories. That being said respect for residents privacy is important. Molly and Judd have created a welcoming, community atmosphere!

This is my first experience with 55+ apartment living. I sold my home and moved here 3 years ago to be close to family, when it first opened. I made a great choice. The building is beautiful. All apartments have high end touches on everything. It's a great group of wonderful people. We have get togethers once a month and celebrate holidays if you wish. I like that it has only 48 units. It's like a small community. The Copperfield restaurant downstairs is a nice place to get together with friends and family. There is parking across the street for them, so it's not bad. This building is so well kept up. When and if you have an issue they are right on it. Many have commented that this doesn't have a corporate feel. Molly and Jud are always available. From the time I moved into The Linden in August 2021, I have felt at home. Management and maintenance made the move easy and continue to be responsive and caring. I love it here!
