Lexington Heights Apartments

If you are looking for an amazing place to live, look no further! Lexington Heights Apartments is wonderful in so many ways. The apartments are very spacious and the layout is excellent. There is tons of storage and a washer and dryer in the unit. It is very quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. The staff is definitely top notch. We have lived here over seven years and so happy to call Lexington Heights home!

Julie and Janelle are absolutely amazing. My father lived at Lexington Heights and he loved the community and his apartment. The property is beautiful and always kept meticulously clean. Management was always kind and helpful. This community is truly a wonderful place to call home.

I lived here for almost 3 years and can say by far the best staff I’ve ever had at a rental in my 12+ years of renting. They are so personable and helpful (delivering packages to your door when needed, maintenance issues, etc). I’ve never lived with a staff that cares for their residents like Lexington Heights. The property is overall quiet, the windows are doubled so you can’t hear the highway. We really enjoyed the pool, walking path, grills, and sauna! Special shoutout to Julie and Janelle - we will miss living here because of how wonderful they were to us.

I’ve had such a great experience since moving in! Everyone here from management to the maintenance team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. When we moved in, I had a few small things I needed fixed, and I was worried about being a bother. But they responded quickly, were super friendly, and took care of everything without hesitation. The building is always clean the hallways smell good, the walls and floors are spotless, and it’s just a really pleasant place to come home to. The gym is a great bonus too! **Only thing I’d love to see added is a StairMaster machine and a barbell smith machine that would make it perfect.** Overall, I’d highly recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking for great management, friendly neighbors, and solid amenities. It truly feels like home here

Each time we have maintenance issues, it gets resolves in a timely manner, or they also work around our work schedule. Our most favorite part about living here is the usage of the pool and garage space. We also love how convenient it is to have laundry within unit so we dont have to haul our laundry elsewhere. We enjoy living here and we appreciate the management and maintenance team. I highly recommend this community to new people's seeking for a safe, quiet and enjoyable home for their family.
