Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions and Tom was there to help every step of the way. Every step of the process was explained which was very reassuring, especially being new to the home buying process. I worked with Tom on a for sale by owner purchase. It was my first time buying a home and of course my first time doing it for sale by owner so the process felt even more stressful. Tom was there answering questions for me the entire time. He was always around to talk and guide me through any documents that I needed to sign as well as making sure I had the documents that they needed to keep moving forward. For it being such a big purchase for me Tom took as much stress off my plate as he could and I would definitely recommend his services to future home buyers.

Tom and his team worked around the clock to make sure my deal went through. Over a year ago we found a renovation home. He helped us put together a plan to finance through the construction and made a complex situation easy to navigate. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him on several occasions and will always recommend him to every friend, family member, and client I find looking to find their next home (or refinance on their existing!).

Tom is a very knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring person, he and his team helped us with a very sensitive situation and worked very hard to close our deal in a timely matter. We would totally recommend him.

Tom and his team are the best in the industry! They did an excellent job on my refi, which seemed to be a challenge to the other groups I worked with who couldn't get it done.
