The Lexington at Valley Ranch

Upon entering the Lexington Apartments at Valley Ranch, I was greeted and welcomed by Reedie Belendez! I forgot that I linked my alt email so I missed her emails yet she was very humorous and made light of the situation providing me a way to update it as well. The apartments are gorgeous and very spacious. I’m more inclined to reside here because of the hospitality and community. I highly recommend here! *Update, after being here for a week and getting used to the community, I deeply love how peaceful it is here! I signed up for the washer/dryer included in the rent and received brand new appliances! I continuously recommended here to anyone seeking a home.

Update: Reedie made the leasing process super easy and listened to all of our needs. Our apartment is stunning and we are happy to be back at The Lexington. We are former residents (from 2019) and came back because of our previous positive experience. We toured with Ms. Reedie and she is amazing! She is super genuine and down to earth. The grounds are still well kept and have that cozy feel that we love. The ready-to-move apartment we toured was in good condition and you can tell that the maintenance work they do is excellent.

I’ve been living in this apartment for the past year and have had a very positive experience. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, and in a convenient location, and the community is quiet and welcoming. Reedie was wonderful during the initial tour—very friendly, professional, and helpful—which made the move-in process smooth. I would definitely recommend this apartment and working with Reedie.

I had a wonderful experience at Lexington at Valley Ranch in Irving. The community offers great amenities at a very reasonable cost, making it a perfect choice for comfortable living. A special thanks to Reedie, who went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. She was patient, professional, and supportive from start to finish, making the whole day much easier for us.
