The Lexington Apartments

I’ve lived at 619 Adams for the past year. The units are fairly modern but on the smaller side. The location is great, and the management team is responsive when it comes to maintenance or general concerns — which I appreciate. However, I’m giving three stars due to the rent increase tactics. After one year, I was hit with a 12% increase, despite being brought in under different negotiated terms. I was told there’s no flexibility on renewal pricing for any tenants, even those in good standing. Future renters should be aware that significant rent increases may come after just one year, and that there appears to be no consideration for loyalty or current market conditions. It’s a nice building overall, but anyone considering it should understand how renewals are handled. September 25 upda

Lived here for 4.5 years and had a wonderful experience. This was our first home and where we had our first child. Special shoutout to Javier, who was timely, thorough, and a pleasure to work with on any maintenance requests we had, which were few overall. Lisa was also great to work with.

We have had the best experience at The Lexington. The building is always immaculately clean, any servicing needs are addressed right away, and the apartments are pretty spacious and built with quality finishings. Declan (property manager) is so friendly and always accessible. I love that management is always looking for ways to improve the building for an even better experience. My husband and I have lived in many apartments over the years, and the Lexington is hands down the best! I also appreciate that the residents seem to stay long term, and are generally young families and couples. You can’t go wrong living here!

We have been living in the Lexington apts since Feb of 2025 and so far the building has been great and mgmt has been quick to respond for any issues and amazing to work with so far. Pretty happy and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality apartment.

I've been living in the Lexington apartments since early 2017 and recently moved from the 2 bedroom complex to the 1 bedroom building. Tamisha and Robyn in management were amazing to work with throughout the moving process. they were both very responsive to my questions and inquiries in a timely fashion which made the move much less stressful than it could have been . I strongly recommend The Lexington Apartments for anyone looking for a boutique apartment complex.
