Roommates with Rats If you are reluctant on moving here, really understand the pros and cons. Pros: Affordable! Honestly, the price is great, and if they have a deal even better. They accept pitbulls too. Office - Claudia, Ashley, Chelsea and the man that work at the office are good people. Some people complain about the lack of calls being answered and to get things done you have to go in to the office. This isn’t really a problem for me, as they seem to help a lot of residents and people. They are kind and professional. Amenities - The area is walking distance from Crunch, and their gym is also worth going to if you want a light workout Pools are nice and clean, consistent lawn maintenance The appliances are great, although there is oxidation in the dishwasher causing rust coloring o

This is the worst complex I’ve ever moved into. I only choose it for its location as I moved from a different city. Do yourself a favor and pic somewhere else. I’ve had to call the cops multiple times for late night noise making it impossible to sleep. Their “valet trash” is an excuse for residents to throw trash bags outside for animals to rip them up at night. The spread of trash is then NOT picked up by anyone. And my dishwasher when I moved in is rusting apart. To be told there’s nothing they can do because the unit itself still works. I’ve also had to deal with some of the staff being incredibly rude.

I toured The Lennox today and had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, the community felt welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with finishes that made it feel like a place I could truly call home. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Getting approved so quickly was such a great feeling and really showed how efficient and organized the team is. Overall, The Lennox made a strong first impression, and I left feeling excited and confident about the decision. I lived here for a year. Extremely dirty complex. I had the pleasure of living directly in front of a trash compactor that was constantly overflowing. There were rats, roaches, and who knows what else running around the grounds frequently. It constantly reeks of weed smoke. The last day I lived here, my neighbor had the wheels stolen off his car. At least the thieves were nice enough to leave it on cinder blocks. Roughly a week after I moved in, I requested that the broken lock on my mailbox be fixed. When I moved out a year later, it was still unable to be locked. You have a better chance at winning the lottery than getting in contact with the office. We really loved our apartment! It is a relaxed community with cozy apartments. We had A4 layout (see video attached). We Loved: - Every apartment on the third floor has vaulted ceilings. - The back of most apartments have a scenic pond. - Apartments have newer appliances, washer & dryer, and garbage disposal. - There are 4 pools to choose from. - Lots of closet space (3.5 closets in the A4 layout). - Within 5 minute drive to Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Publix, and a gas station. - Maintenance usually responded within 24 hours. We Didn’t Love: - Sometimes there is a smell from the waste management company nearby. - Office staff will not answer phones, you have to go in the office. However, they are very nice.
