The Larsson-Historic Apartments

Do NOT move into these apartments if you value HOT water and don't like seeing cockroaches. I moved in here about a year and a half ago and my lease ran out so I finally got to move out. Nothing works, elevators are always broken pipes are always busting. It's Cockroach infested if a new say something they just say well we just sprayed and won't do anything about it. You struggle with the hot water sometimes you have to have it on for an hour and still don't get any and that's gonna suck if you have to leave at 6am. All the other reviews that have complaints and pictures I can validate for that ,it's 💯 true. I'm starting to understand that apartments that are all bills paid and have bad reviews are always telling the truth, and to take it under high consideration.

We haven't had hot water in days. This place is unsafe and filled with trash. A few weeks ago pipes burst and flooded several apartments. The washing machines are all broken and filled with nasty water. Management will not answer calls for emergencies. Elevator constantly breaking down and stranding residents. Do not rent here if you care about yourself or your family. It's weeks later and things have gotten even worse. There's a leak coming from the ceiling on the first floor that they won't fix. They leave a large trash receptacle to catch dripping. There's a safety alarm that goes off all day and night and the manager is nowhere to be found. No emergency number. They stopped delivering mail here because no one from staff is here to let the postal worker in. This building will be condemn

I live here and I'm planning to get out as soon as I can. Whether or not we'll have hot water is a gamble, and occasionally everyone's water has to be turned off completely due to some issue. It is the middle of July and the AC hasn't worked at all- and I didn't have heating when it was -14°F, either, but that was easier to deal with. An incident I clearly remember is the 4th floor water main catching on fire. The sprinklers on that floor went off, and the water proceeded to leak down all the way to the basement level. And the roaches!! I have a love for all of God's creatures, but I never hated roaches until I moved here. I keep waking to them crawling on my face. And all this could be yours, too, for $950/month. the staff cares about you, and after staying here many nights the security, and the new cameras are top notch. feels like a family

Management is great. Cool historic building, needs some TLC but management has been slowly fixing things. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the elevators are out of order and automatic front doors need some work
