The Landing on Emerald Pointe

I rarely write negative reviews, but this management is absolutely terrible. I’ve been waiting two whole weeks for a washer and dryer to be installed, and they promised me that it would be done within two weeks. But guess what? It’s not happening. They can’t even give me an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the washer and dryer. And to make matters worse, their attitude is completely dismissive of my concerns as a tenant. They give you a vibe “Meh, whatever.” It’s as if they don’t even care about my problems. Ultimately, it’s not just about the washer and dryer. It’s about the entire lease office. They don’t seem to care about anything. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST RENTING AN APARTMENT HERE AT ALL COST.

I love my apartment and it’s quiet. Anything you need done maintenance is on it in no time.
