Was a first time home buyer interested in this community. Came and spoke with an agent by the name of Alanna Caratini. I was informed that because of my credit at the time it would be difficult to get me in a home but not impossible. Communication came to a halt shortly after. I applied elsewhere and was approved fairly easily. I took this as ( we have to work harder to get you approved and would rather not deal with extra work ) was disappointing to experience that. To be treated as if I wasn’t worth the time. Left a bad impression of the company for me going forward. The homes looked nice and comfortable, was very interested in this builder but the lack of customer service caused me to search elsewhere. Hope others have better experience.
Representative was very friendly, attentive, and reassuring. We are moving forward to doing what is necessary to be approved for buying a home through First America.
No support, cheap finishes, terrible, dont buy here
Cheap materials used in building houses. Shoddy workmanship
