The Landing at Riverlake Apartments

The staff is top tier here. My life partner and I are moving into these apartments and we were blown away with how helpful the staff have been. We’ve been kinda annoying with all the questions we had but they answered all of them with ease. I’ve lived in apartments before and the staff was HORRIBLE… I’m excited to move in here and start building our life! ALSO, the property is BEAUTIFUL! Best believe we’re gonna be out on the lake as much as we can haha

The most disgusting apartment complex I have ever been to. Didn’t even attempt to move in. This is how they’re non renovated units look. Is this how the staff expects someone to live? This has health code violation written all over it 🤮 I was offended that this is how they present their building. Not to mention the paper thin walls and the cabinets that were FALLING OFF the walls! Imagine your child getting injured by the nails sticking out of the cabinet door. Sad.

Been here for a month. Me in my girlfriend got lucky and got a unit near the office. It’s an amazing view at night . Office staff is amazing.

Three stars for location and Zero for the lack of upkeep. Rather than drone on about the total lack of safety & cleanliness issues, just read the other reviews. They’re accurate… “Gated Community” with the gates rusted shut, the neighborhood riff raff owning the community areas (pool / riverlake) on the evenings & weekends. and a rogue head of maintenance that is seemingly unaccountable

Lived here for just over a year! Awesome place! Love the location close to downtown,west and east sac. Both managers are phenomenal Denielle is very involved with tenants and makes sure we are all taken care of. Ana is a saint! Very nice lady! She goes the extra mile for her residents and makes us feel seen and heard! All in all if you’re looking for a real nice place in a real nice are to call home! THE LANDING AT RIVERLAKE rocks!
