The Landing at College Square

This apartment community is great, with modern appliances and stylish designs. The location is pretty good, except there are sometimes homeless people rummaging through the garbage, but that’s pretty much the norm in Sacramento. They do have a security company that comes through and clears them out. The management is proactive, and the maintenance team is highly competent and effective. I recommend.

I recently toured this apartment complex and had a really great experience. The place was beautiful and well kept. Cassandra one of the leasing agents was super helpful and welcoming, and you could tell she really knew the property well. She answered all of my questions and made the tour feel relaxed!!! I absolutely loved this place!

I am very satisfied with their professionalism, customer service, and the respect they show to customers. The Landing apartment has been less than satisfactory. One of the major issues is the severe lack of parking spaces, which has caused great inconvenience for both residents and guests. Because of lack of parking, residents were left with no option but to park in no parking areas, risking getting a ticket or having their cars towed. This new parking fee has become a burden for residents. It not only adds an extra expense to our monthly budget but also makes hosting guests a cumbersome task. Many residents used to enjoy the convenience of having friends and family visit without any parking-related worries, but now, we have to think twice before inviting anyone over.
