Would be 0 stars if Google allowed. BEWARE - Very Shady place. Company does not manage nor inform new applicants if there are several applications for available units already in-progress! Applying may be a complete waste of your time and money. Took 6 days to get screening back which most properties are done between 48-72 hours. Difficult when time sensitive due to current lease on other property about to expire. When application came back with conditional approval, they do not even discuss the condition. You are quickly tossed aside. Then they state they will keep your application on file, yet while telling new inquires that a unit you applied for that the potential tenant changed their mind and would be available rather than contacting previous approved applicants back. Frank is correct, they do not tell you if someone else literally has a hold on the place. Was about to apply and called them to ask some random questions and was told it got leased, not even 24 hours after we viewed the place.

This is very frustrating. I have been really interested in this place for a month, but the property manager, Faith V., does not respond to emails.
