Seasons at Tehaleh By Richmond American Homes

From my own experience the home buying process with Richmond American Homes, was a nightmare from the beginning to end. First the communication on there end was extremely poor and unprofessional. I was “pre-qualified” and approved to buy a house at the Seasons at Tehahle, and lead on for 3 months for the deal to fall through with no updates In regards to financing until the last minute... I diligently contacted my loan officer (Jim) with Richmond American Mortgage, via email/voicemail and never received a call back. Bought a house on 148th st , Please pay attention to the quality of the floor and lawn when you buy a house, this floor is of extremely poor quality, it shows all the marks and it is impossible to wash, the lawn in some places just died and dried out a week after buying the house, to which the developer replied that I just do not water it well, also you have to understand that you will not have any privacy, you will be able to hear well what your neighbors are talking about and what movie they are watching, expect that you will live like in a big townhouse
