My family and I lived here from 2015 to 2020, then again a few years later. When we lived here in 2015-2020, we had absolutely no complaints regarding the office/management staff. Now, as of at least this year, the office/management staff has changed a lot and is often rude and condescending about normal questions, such as fees that suddenly show up on your account. They provide no customer service, are not polite at all and sound like they just want to get you off the phone even if it’s a simple question. If the staff was a little less apathetic, this would be a better place to live again. The apartments are nice, but should you run into any issues, you’re on your own. Rosanne Holliday, the business manager at Brentwood Apartment Homes, is truly outstanding. From the first moment, her support, guidance, and care made the entire process smooth and possible. She coordinated everything so professionally and ensured every step was handled with care. You can truly feel that she leads with both heart and experience. Her team was also great with the paperwork and details, but it was Rosanne’s involvement and leadership that really made the difference. I lived in these apartments for a year and was a little nervous when I first read reviews. However, there are plenty of people who have lived in these apartments for years and years and love them. I really enjoyed my time here and only left because I moved out of state. The facilities are nice, the office staff are extremely friendly, and there are always beverages and snacks in the lobby area. I also used the apartment gym and always had a very private space to work out, since no one else ever used it. My own apartment unit was spacious (the combined bathroom and laundry room were huge) and cozy. We sold our house and moved into these apartments while our new house is being built. The office staff has been wonderful and accommodating as we transitioned. Michelle walked us through the entire process and was so kind. The process has been incredibly smooth. We had a small issue with our apartment and the maintenance staff was here within the hour to fix it. Dani the manager was truly concerned about the issue and followed up immediately. Our kids are really enjoying the neighbors and the other kids. Thank you for making this such an easy experience for us!
