The Landing

I had a great experience for the most part up until recent. I was moving out early and found someone to sublease our apartment thanks to management. The person taking over wanted to move in early. However, management was not clear on communication on when this person wanted to move in. Well they gave us a notice to move out in four days. They had told us two weeks ago someone may be interested but never confirmed. If we didn’t comply and get everything out by the date they gave us four days from telling us someone signed the lease, we were threatened to be evicted. We got everything out only to find out two days later the guy has not moved in our having issues with something on his end. After them telling me and my roommate two different things, they expect us to pay all of last month afte

Super nice apartments had no issues while living here. Office was walkable and would go and get free drinks all the time. They didn't have a printer and the office went ahead and printed something for me when I asked.

The bes lt apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! Super communication! Maintenance is super quick on response! They’re always doing food events and outdoor activities! They continue to surprise me!

I'm the maintenance tech here at The Landing and I think we've turned around the lacking maintenance here. The former manager was replaced and our new manager at Core is making herself visible and available for tenants. We are a team and we all get along great like teammates, striving for excellence. I've made sure tenants can circumvent the service request system if needed, by leaving my business card with everyone, and responding to texts and calls. The owner wants the place maintained well and he takes great pride in his properties. So it's my job to respond to maintenance requests on the same day, or next day at the latest. I am happy to dispatch anytime, day or night, weekends, holidays, etc. So please, give us a chance here at The Landing to prove ourselves going forward. The past is

The apartments are nice but management continues to be a disaster. No one is ever in the office, the phone is never answered and the voicemail is full anyway, and emails are never responded to. The only way to get any maintenance issues fixed is to get lucky and run into the maintenance crew the hallway since any maintenance requests sent in are ignored.
