The Lakes at Eagle

We’ve lived here for a year and a half and we LOVE it. It’s a very wholesome little community & very dog oriented/friendly. It’s the most beautiful place to live- in a great location. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, the greenbelt, and a few amazing restaurants. We have the best sunsets/sunrises, outdoor grills, a great pool for summer, and the staff are always so caring and friendly.

I’ve just moved in last week and am very impressed with the management and maintenance staff so far. They are very responsive, respectful, and professional. My apartment is well built and has plenty of storage space. Kitchen cabinet galore! Also a coat closet, walk-in closets and bath cabinets! A very spacey and comfortable unit. The only things I’m complaining about are there’s no elevator and I’m on the 3rd floor (with spectacular views), moving was crazy without it. Also, I wish they implemented Amazon Locker system where each package has dedicated locker not all mixed together in the mailroom. I have not explored other amenities yet and will update this review once I do. So far, very impressive!

I’ve lived in this complex since 2019 and have cherished every moment of making memories here. The front office staff is always helpful and welcoming, and the amenities add so much to the experience. As a single mom, safety is a top priority, and I feel completely at ease here. My kids especially love having a pool and a beautiful pond right outside our back door—it’s like having a little oasis at home. The community is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to live.

Great community and apartment size. Parcel delivery room always in bad condition everytime I had to pick a parcel its was hit or miss as its just a room and parcels are never in designated place. Moved out after staying 1 year and 6 months due to increase in rent did not made any sense. The move out final payment is another pain. Move out fee which has no meaning is $15. Cleaning and carpet cleaning fee was reasonable. Management team onsite is helpful but steep rent increases and parcel issues made it difficult to continue.

Honest Review, with 1.8 years living here. Pros: - Location is perfectly centered in the valley, near major roadways that make it easy to access Boise, Meridian within 10 minutes. Also very close to a Winco (3-5 mins) which is a GREAT. - Greenbelt access is unbeatable. From our apartment it was 0.4 miles away. Really easy to get to, and nearby parks and fishing spots. - The Lake is amazing, great medium size pond with fishing, paddlesports, and great views. Walking to the lake on a hot day to cool off is the best. Really a great part of living here. - The price for rent is one of the best in the valley.
