FIVE Stars!!! We had the pleasure of working with Zack Pappuleas at Waterstone Mortgage the past few months and can say without a doubt that he exceeded ALL of our expectations. Zack's level of customer service and professionalism, was surpassed only by his expertise in his field and genuine care for us. Not only does Zack possess the qualities every customer seeks, but he was a true joy to work with. He was kind, attentive, and had lightening fast communication throughout our entire process. It's very apparent Zack finds joy in his work and helping others. Zach Pappuleas was amazing to work with !! He was always ready to answer all of our questions (and we had plenty). He was friendly, responsive, helpful, understanding and patient.
