My homebuying experience with David Anderson can be best-described with one word: professionalism, and it can best be explained by relating one small, yet very significant, incident. During the actual closing on the house, I had arrived at the title company office early. The title officer told me she was ready to initiate the closing, and invited me to start the process if I was ready. David had not yet arrived--as I said, I was early--but I told the title officer it was alright with me to start.
