The Knolls at Mill Creek Apartments

The trash and pet waste laying around the complex is out of hand. These photos were all taken on 1/8/26. I pay almost $2k a month to live here, and the condition of the complex is ridiculous.

The manager here tells you take down holiday decor to keep up the appearance of the neighborhood, but apparently she doesn't care about the garbage ALL OVER the complex that never gets picked up. Disgusting.

I love it here at the Knolls! Its a beautiful property, the maintenance guys are the best I've ever had and the ladies in the office are so sweet and helpful. I've seen some of the negative reviews and as I'm here currently I just wanted to take a minute and say I've never had any issues with loud noises, trash around the property or rudeness from the office staff.

I love living at the Knolls! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance crew is the best, responding quickly to every request.

We loved living here, the community and the manager Karla were great!! She was so easy to work with and worked with us when we needed the help renewing our lease and even after we decided to purchase a home! We would have stayed longer if we had not moved out of state. We came from an apartment with horrible upstairs neighbors. We lived in the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath stand alone home. It was so spacious and quiet! I thought we paid a fair amount for the size of the home. If we were ever to move back to NC and rented I would definitely move back to The Knolls at Mills Creek.
