From the very beginning, Paul was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He guided us through every step of the rental process, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure everything was clear and straightforward. Paul’s openness and respectful attitude made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about his tenants and their comfort throughout their stay, but Paul is exactly that person. I've been a tenant at a property in Fairport managed by The Key to Rentals for over a year, and I have no complaints. They're great with communication and responding quickly to any questions, and I'm also very happy with the apartment itself. 5/5, would recommend.

Looks like many to most other reviews are from owners, vs. tenants, but I got an email asking for a review, so here it is: The place itself is nice enough overall, and in a nice area, and the process was smooth. That said, there seemed to be no painting or wall treatment/repair done, as there are still many wall anchors and such in every room. I certainly don't need them. Also the carpet doesn't seem to have been cleaned, as there were several obvious stains in various places. At first I presumed they were just "set in" and not removable, but the majority of the stains came out after I paid around $300 or so for a cleaning. Further, there were/are many items seemingly left behind by the previous tenant, including a tv mount I'll never use in one of the bedrooms, laundry detergent, old

Paul is an amazing property manager! We live out of state and it is very reassuring to know he is there for us. He is timely with his communication and is always mindful of your bottom line. For repairs, he does a great job emphasizing what is truly emergent and what can wait. He has handled repairs for us, both big and small, and we couldn't be happier with how they have all turned out.
