Eastview Manor Apartments

Very good management/ Landlord David O'Donnell and maintenance guys are great, Miss Iris is the best keeping all common interior areas clean, rent is fair and it’s in a good country lifestyle location for shopping and dining out. I enjoy my stay here. I would absolutely rent at this location again..

Never been happier in an apartment. Here's why: I sold my condo and needed a place for a year or two before buying again. What I didn't want was one of those uptight apartment complexes that make you walk a mile to your car and want to verify that you make 10 grand a month before letting you in. Instead, Eastview Manor has plenty of parking, a relaxed atmosphere, and super accommodating staff. Downsides: It's not a new facility at all, but it's kept up. However, the 70s hallway artwork needs to go. Maybe the old folks like it? It's a few minutes farther from my office but it's okay. Also wish they had pinball machines or a swimming pool. Eastview manor is really affordable apartment living within the victor school district. Super convenient to get everywhere but far enough off of the road to let the kids play outside safely. I would recommend to anyone looking to move into the victor area. No leasing office on site but respond quickly to any issues or maintenance problem.

Pretty unprofessional. Had an apartment viewing scheduled for noon. Got there twenty minutes early and stayed twenty minutes past, guy was a no-show. What’s funny is that I was told he’s apparently pretty demanding about his tenants having a strong credit score. Seems to me that if you want reliable tenants you should demonstrate a bit of reliability as a landlord.

Pretty good apartment complex. They aren't the best or newest buildings, but in general they were clean and not completely destroyed. Very convenient location, right near Victor and Eastview Mall as well as 490
