The homes there are put together too quickly and many renovations are made after the fact. Selling the homes faster than they can build them or make them look good just to make a quick buck. You will have never ending construction in the development if you chose to live there. Extremely rocky yards as well
My son and daughter in law are building a house there. All beautiful homes and people are very nice!
