Jameria was amazing. She went through everything with me and made the process so easy, especially since it’s my first time getting an apartment by myself. She had great energy, was very well spoken, and made the whole experience comfortable. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Ms. Angella also told me about all of the amenities and the special they’re running right now. It’s definitely a great complex. It looks so beautiful—almost like a cabin in the woods—and it’s very quiet as well. I can’t wait to move in!

Jameria was very helpful with my move-in process and made everything swift and comfortable for me. She was professional, respectful, and patient, which I truly appreciated. She answered my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way. Great customer service like hers does not go unnoticed, and her positive attitude made the experience even better. I truly appreciate her support and all of her help! Also , Louis is a great maintenance technician here at The Kenzie. He ensures the job gets done in a timely manner and provides great customer service. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the effort he puts into making sure everything is handled quickly and efficiently.

I want to start with giving Jameria A five star rating but other side of a one star goes to someone else! First I am not a tenant. I came in yesterday to see “the Kenzie”. I Am from Alaska so the trees around the property reminded me Of our home. But some how it doesn’t matter in the grand schemes of management. I am a Ex-property manager. I have did this job back in the day. What I picked up right away was Jameira’s kind heart and her ability as a professional. Her acting in faith for her management company. Her constant professional manner ( that comment was jamerias in a nut shell). But I did notice a few things that directly related to the GM manager. Sharing the office. She spoke to me in the front of the building for less that a few seconds. very little interaction. As time went on

Thankfully, I've never had any real issues with the building I live in. I've been here for 5yrs. Maintenance is pretty quick in fixing things. Shout out to Louis who replaced a rotting board on my balcony recently. He did a great job, professional and quick! I enjoy living here. It's quiet and comfortable.

Confused on why we got a message to rate our experience on the maintenance we received when we have yet to receive maintenance. We have been more than patient in waiting for the leak in our ceiling bathroom to be fixed and for our floor tiles to be replaced due to water leaking from the A/C. While the size of these apartments seem good for the price it seems the main issue is the need for maintenance help. The one worker that is here is great at his job, but he can't do it all alone. They need more workers and better and more convenient ways to get our issues across.
