The Julian at South Pointe

We just renewed our lease for a second year, and we couldn’t be happier living at The Julian! The community events are always fun, and the office staff is amazing—Lia always goes above and beyond, Lisa is wonderful, and Mark is always so friendly. The few times I’ve needed maintenance, the requests were handled within hours. We truly love it here!

I love my apartment it provides everything I need. As for the office personnel and maintenance crew my goodness they are phenomenal, I could not ask for more understanding and kind people. They have incredible amenities to fit every age group, my favorite is morning coffee for all. Would recommend this complex 💯 perfection!!!

The inside of the apartment is nice but there are spider webs and all types of spiders everywhere all over the mailboxes you can’t even check your mail. Spider webs hanging all over the stairs and breezeways inside and out and wasps nest all by the steps attached to the walls you can’t walk down the steps without spiders falling on you or hanging from the ceiling, stairs or crawling down the walls . They need to get the steps and ceiling breezeways and mailbox area cleaned asap so residents can check there mail without spiders crawling all over the mailboxes and walls I wish they looked like the Aubrey next door they keep there steps and breezeways and mailbox area clean for there residents that is the only downfall here the city maybe can help hopefully fast!!

Apartments are very nice, and staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend. Although location is far from.most places in mansfield.

Lia honestly was the best customer service I have experienced in a leasing office in my lifetime, easy going extremely helpful and was attentive to any concern or questions I had and even recommended me other apartment complexes to make sure I found the perfect fit for my new home!
