Great staff, moving into this building was a pleasure and everyone is very professional. If you are new to LA or looking for a place that is in the West Hollywood area. A lot of restaurants nearby and you can really take advantage of all of the amenities. Plus great walks to parks and recreation nearby. Highly recommend 👌🏽

The manager at the Joshua is extremely organized, professional, and on top of all resident needs with a fabulous attitude. The maintenance team is very responsive and quick to fix any issues. Our shared spaces are very very clean which is a reflection of how this building is managed and kept up to a very high standard. I love living here!

Raquel, Leila, and Maintenance deserve 10 stars. Someone who works in management I don’t say this often but they deserve it …. Amazing. Thank you for keeping us safe in the building and always being so responsive.

Raquel just said that my apartment smells so bad of tobacco smoke that the exterminator for the roaches couldn’t even come in because he almost passed out from the tobacco smoke from my apartment. For her to say that to me was disrespectful because never in my life have I been told this by an apartment manager. This is stressing me out and it’s unfair to hear. Never in my life have I ever been told those words!

Stay away from this rental building, seriously. There is an abusive woman in the second floor, apartment number 214. This person has been posting one room for rent in different rental platforms asking for huge amounts of money as the deposit and rental. Then after a little while this person starts to get really aggresive and physically violent. This is a true story and we are taking legal actions against this person so please DO NOT RENT a room or anything to this person.. She steals money from the tenants as the security deposit or rental days. The manager did not help the victim at all after the assault happened.
