I wish I can rate it 0 stars completely. Bathroom just exploded from the roof and it started to leak terribly. The water is now at me and my boyfriend's shoe length. It's going to be hard to remove all of this water! Management doesn't care and maintenance isn't treating this as an emergency. Please do not move here!

Spare yourself. The most the water ever worked was when it came through the ceiling four separate times. Mold, leaks, roaches, and when the ceiling began to split we still had to pay rent to live in a mildewed, soggy apartment. Would give it 0 if I could.

The best decision we made was not renewing our lease! We went without hot water for over 2 months!! We didn’t get our deposit back because of “damages” that were already there when we moved in and if something did break they would never come to fix it but mark it as complete in the app!! Trash overflowing outside and roaches in the apartment no matter how much you clean. Let’s not forget the shooting outside, you better be ready to take cover. Management constantly changing and they don’t answer the phone. Also attached is our mailbox that would be broken into weekly.

My boyfriend lives here. DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! Every time they ask for maintenance they either never come or never fix anything and they do come. Summer of 2021 my boyfriend asked for maintenance to fix the carpet preventing the bathroom door from closing and they just hammered the carpet back until the door would barley close. That same summer the dishwasher wasn’t functioning and when he called maintenance to fix it and the guy tinkered with it for about 20 minutes and cleaned it with bleach. He then continued to leave and said he would be back which he never did. The whole year he has stayed at the Jolie he has never had a working dishwasher. The whole place is ran down in general. Horrible apartment complex!! My son & his gf lived there for 6 months ~ too long ~ his car was broken in to, his ac never got cooler than 80 degrees in his unit & just overall, a bad experience. They errr sent to the credit bureau after they moved out, for utility & rent charges that were totally bogus. Management needs yo be arrested for all the money they’ve stolen from the residents there. I hope this place will finally be flattened.
