The Chris Hayes Team made our experience in buying a home in Bossier Parish an extremely pleasant one! The professionals there kept us up to date on all new listings and were responsive to all our inquiries. Being out of state and in the process of selling our home there, we were limited on time. Chealsea Knowles was our personal realtor on the sell of our home at 5663 Bretwood Dr. in Keithville. She is amazing. Chealsea Knowles had a contract with other backup buyers within 3 days. The buyer offered well over asking price. It took awhile to close because a water well had to be drilled and the septic system had to be updated. Chealsea Knowles handled ALL of that for us.
