These red brick exterior apartment homes are impeccably maintained both inside and out. With Lovely mature Oak Trees and large windows to enjoy the lovely views of the courtyard outside your windows, this Towne Oaks location is so much like Home that you won’t want to live anywhere else once you tour an apt home with Chandra! And Pet Friendly, too!

I have lived at the Towne Oaks Apartments for nearly 8 years and have found my time here to be enjoyable. Chandra has been a wonderful manager who is efficient at her job and is prompt with any request from her tenants. She has sponsored several social gatherings which have been well attended and fun to attend. Parker takes his responsibility seriously and any request we have made of him has been quickly and efficiently handled. In my opinion, Chandra and Parker are both excellent employees and you can be proud of their Work.

I have lived at Towne Oaks Apartments almost seven years. I would not want to live anywhere else. We have the best caring, loving, and compassionate manager ever! She is Chandra! She has made this place , a loving little community. All the residents here are like one big, happy family. We all feel safe and we know we are all cared for by her and our fantastic maintenance man, Parker. They both stay on top of all our needs, promptly. This place is so pretty and well kept, that visitors are all in awe! All the holidays are celebrated here, hosted by our management. A beautiful, fantastic pool to enjoy with lots of flowers. I am here to stay!

Very friendly and peaceful 55+ community. Location is ideal for just about anything you might need in town. Our manager Chandra exudes southern hospitality and has made us feel so welcome. Our interactions with maintenance (Parker) have been positive as well. However long our temporary stay in Louisiana ends up being, I'm glad we made the choice to live at Towne Oaks.

I have lived here over 9 years and Chandra is by far the best manager we have had. She is a very caring and friendly person! She listens to our requests and works with us to get results. She is great about planing socials around the holidays to get us together. When Parker came it was an added bonus. He is very knowledgeable and friendly! They make a great team!
