The Jefferson at Fair Oaks

I lived here for 1 year contract lease. Place is very accessible to malls, transportation, food and entertainment. Generally a peaceful and organized community. Admin and maintenence team were very accommodating and responsive to your issues and concerns. I would recommend this place and would come back if needed.

I was a prior resident of THE JEFFERSONS at Fair Oaks, and I was eager to return. this has been the best apartment complex that I’ve lived in in my 56 years of living. I feel like family here, and the head resident assistant. Joy the head resident assistant and her colleagues made my stay here, a very pleasant one as she was very attentive to any maintenance request that was issued by me. The customer service at THE JEFFERSONS at Fair Oaks is second to none. I just want to say thank you to Joy and all of her employees.

The best apartment rental experience I've ever had. Great management and maintenance experience. They were very upfront with all charges for move in and move out. I lived there for a year and moved out recently for financial reasons. Everything they told me was exactly as it turned out to be. If I had to rent again I would definitely rent at Jefferson at Fair Oaks. I had a first floor apartment with an attached garage. Best floor plan ever! The only thing that I would improve would be the water pressure in the kitchen and laundry room.

My stay here was not enjoyable.. dismissive attitude and brushed off when inquiring about important matters from leasing … never any parking available late at night … maintenance not wanting to be bothered when there is a issue they acted like i was bothering them when i called …they constantly speak in another language in front of you instead of speaking english which is very rude the dumpster is always disgusting and trash all over the place bugs in the summer swarming everywhere the smell is unbearable they have cameras and despite that they still can’t get the trash issue in order the appliances are always on the verge of breaking then they come and do quick fixes which made me have to call again over and over about same issue very frustrating u have to beg for replacement they pick an

Management told me I couldn’t park my bicycle on my balcony and said I should keep it inside my apartment. What frustrates me is that many other residents keep their bikes or laundry racks on their balconies and they’ve never been told the same. I even asked a few neighbors, and none of them had received this notice. The rules don’t seem to be applied fairly or consistently, which feels unfair and frustrating as a resident.
